Ce volet, uniquement composé d'images, a pour thématique : « l'autre ». Ces images seront sélectionnées parmi toutes celles que vous nous enverrez.
De l’avatar dans les mondes numériques au clandestin dans le monde réel, de celui qui nous est étranger en amour au migrant géographique, il suscite chez nous un sentiment d’étrangeté, parfois même de passion. L’autre, celui que l’on ne connait pas, nous attire - et nous le rejetons parfois.
A partir de cette relation complexe à l’altérité, nous attendons vos travaux d’image, dessin, photographie, bande dessinée, manga, gravure, collage, aquarelle, post-art, pixel-art, image 3D, screenshot, etc. en noir et blanc. Tous les styles sont bienvenus.
Traverses, livre voyageur, est un médium d'expression, mais aussi de diffusion : cette publication est mise en valeur à travers des expositions, des conférences, des évènements de proximité, et des voyages au long cours avec la dimension « héroïque» qui la caractérise.
Immatériel et contributif Traverses, livre voyageur est une expérience artistique au destin inhabituel continuez l’aventure de cette expérience cross-média ! Rejoignez-vous !
L’appel à images démarre le 30 avril 2008 et est arrêté le 31 décembre 2008.

From the avatar in the digital world, to the clandestine in the real world, from the stranger to our love to the geographical migrant, he creates for us a feeling of strangeness, sometimes even passion. The other, the one we do not know, attracts us and we sometimes reject him.
This is from this complexe relationship to the other that we await your pictures, drawings, and black and white photos.
Traverses, traveling book is a means of expression and also a means of diffusion also : this publication is emphasized through exhibits, conferences, local events and long-lasting travels through its « heroic » dimension which caracterizes it.
